By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service.‘I/me/myself’ refers to the artist, @cryberpunkart on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Bluesky, setting these terms. ‘The commissioner/the client/you’ refers to the customer agreeing to these terms.A) 50% of the total cost is to be paid upfront in order for work to commence. Once this is paid, turnaround is roughly within the month, and the final 50% of the total cost is required upon completion, to be paid before the original art or file is sent.B) Progress sketches will be provided at regular intervals prior to completion in order for the client to request changes. Once the sketches are approved, a full refund will not be available, and any refunds after the fact will be calculated based on hours worked and the value of the unfinished piece. Up until completion, minor anatomical fixes can be requested and completed at the artist’s discretion.C) After completion, only small changes can be requested, for example; changes to colours, tones, etc.D) Art commissioned of licensed characters is strictly for personal use and remains the property of the license holder or parent company.E) Commissioned art may be used by the artist for portfolio or self-promotion purposes. Work featuring the client’s original characters will not be used for commercial purposes (including merchandise). The client may not reproduce or redistribute any artwork received for commercial purposes unless agreed prior, and may not remove any watermark or signature on the image without written agreement.
